Everyone: Bring two pieces of ID!

We are suposed to ID anyone 35 and under, so you will need to make sure you bring two pieces of ID. That could be your Drivers License and something else with your name on it.

Are tokens available at the festival (Cash, Credit, Debit)?

Absolutely, we have token booths that you can get extra tokens from. You can use whatever form of payment you wish.

They have a sign infront of them, but you can find  one by the entry after getting your glass, one by the exit to the washrooms, and one in the corner of the food truck row.  Enjoy responsibily.

Can I upgrade my tickets?

Yes, ticket upgrades will be available at the door.

Can I bring chairs or blankets?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You're welcome to bring chairs or blankets to set up by the stage. To help us protect the grounds, we just ask that you avoid bringing chairs with pointed legs that could puncture or damage the field.

Will there be seating provided at the festival?

Yes, you'll find plenty of seating under the large tents right by the stage!

Can I buy products from the pop-up store before 6 PM?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can buy items early, however you will need to leave them with our pop-up staff to pick up when you leave the festival.

Where can I vape/smoke on the field?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you use the smoking area by the washroom. Thank you for being considerate of others.

What does it mean that the festival is run by a not-for-profit?

Accepted Answer

It means all revenue from ticket sales goes directly toward covering the costs of putting on the event, so we don't make a profit! If there happens to be any surplus, we reinvest it by opening a grant to help fund local community projects.

Can I bring a baby/child or animal?

Accepted Answer

As we are a 19+ unfortunately we are unable to have any minors on the feild. We are parents we understand, but this is not the event for them. 
As for pets, the same goes. Unfortunately unless it is a service animals with a license/accreditation available and marked vest, better to leave your fur buddy at home.

Can I drink beer with an 'Admission Only' ticket?

No, you must have a General Admission ticket to receive the tasting glass and appropriate wristband required for beer tastings.

I've lost my tickets. What should I do?

Tickets are strictly required for festival entry. All tickets are issued digitally, so please thoroughly check your email inboxes and spam folders. If you still cannot locate them, contact us via email or chat. Please note: As a small team, we may be unable to respond to inquiries sent within 24 hours of the festival, so please ensure you have your tickets well in advance.

Do my tickets need to be printed, or can I just show them on my phone?

You can do whichever you prefer! Feel free to show your digital tickets on your phone or bring a printed copy. If you do print them, we recommend keeping the digital file handy just in case your paper copies get lost.

Can I save my tokens for next year?

No, tokens are valid for the current year only and cannot be saved or transferred to next year's event.

How much is one token worth?

A single token is valued at $2.50 and is redeemable for one beer tasting. Food items are priced between 1 and 5 tokens.

Yes, complimentary water stations will be available along the edge of the field.

Unfortunately, outside food is not permitted. However, your ticket includes in-and-out privileges! If you're craving something specific, you're welcome to head into town to grab a bite and return to the festival later.

Where do I meet my shuttles?

For your return trip, please meet your shuttle at the designated drop-off location and follow the appropriate signage.

Do I need a ticket for the Chemainus parking shuttle?

Accepted Answer

No tickets are required for the local Chemainus parking shuttle. The shuttle runs a continuous route around town, and attendees can simply board at any of the designated shuttle stops.
